La calidad de la comida es buena y el servicio muy atento. Si no te estas cuidando de COVID es una buena opción. Los supervisores y gerentes no llevan Cubrebocas ni se ve que cuiden la higiene para evitar contagios.

El lugar es moderno y acogedor. La comida es muy variada y de excelente calidad. El servicio es muy bueno. El único problema que vimos es que una de las hostess usa el tapabocas por debajo de la nariz. Ella es la que lleva a los comensales a las mesas, y todo el tiempo lo tiene mal colocado.

Always a fantastic filet!! Great service and festive atmosphere. Can sometimes be a little loud. Always a great “go- to” for great food!!

My favorite lunch item is the French Dip, but this visit it was not the same nor as good. The bun was sweet like Hawaiian bread and the meat was tasteless. So disappointed. Don't know if I'll try again.

Great ambiance. Friendly staff and amazing food. I highly recommended. The cheeseburger egg rolls and bang bang shrimp as appetizers were great.

I had high expectations for my visit to Federal American Grill, but unfortunately, the experience fell short in several areas. Despite having a reservation, I waited an additional 30 minutes past my scheduled time to be seated. To add to the disappointment, I was given a high-top table instead of the standard table I had specifically requested. Once seated, it took another 15 minutes before anyone brought water or took our drink orders. I brought these concerns to our server's attention, but instead of a professional response, I was met with a casual 'Bro,' which felt out of place for the setting and situation. When the food finally arrived, it was warm at best, not the hot, freshly-prepared meal I had been anticipating. The server eventually sent the manager over, but instead of addressing the ongoing issues, he simply asked, 'Is everything okay?' without showing genuine concern or offering meaningful resolution. While I understand that every restaurant can have an off night, the combination of delays, lack of attention to detail, and unprofessional service made this visit disappointing. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and works on improving both service and guest experience moving forward.

Tasty food, casual or semi dressy attire, and a very energetic atmosphere. Both times I’ve been has been during the Christmas season so it has been consistently packed. But the service has been great nonetheless.
