We start with free range, all-natural chicken. It’s brined, dredged, then dropped into custom-built fryers. It's got a little kick and is served with our house-made hot honey. But we don't stop there - Southern-style sides grace our menu, craft beer flows through our taps, and Blues music pumps through our speakers. At The Eagle, it's all about flying right, eating bird, and curing the Blues.

Food was very good, and service was excellent. Only issue as they do not have dessert. They are a national chain, and you think they would be able to at least put a couple of dessert items on the menu. Other than that, all was good.

Our server Kelsey was excellent and the help all night was incredible, from the hostess on down. Our food was very, very good. Collard greens were very good and have gone from good to great. Grits were great too. I’ll be back as this is one of my favorite spots in Midtown. Hope to see Kelsey and the rest of you all soon!

It was a layer back comfy cozy spot and the food as well as service was good. If I had to critique anything it would be the entrees because you have to order sides with pretty much everything I didn’t see any entrees with sides included already

I booked the Eagle for dinner because my wife was craving soul food. We got the hush puppies, fried chicken, blt chicken sandwich, mashed potatoes, Mac & cheese and corn bread. The food was soooooooooo good. Best Mac & cheese I’ve ever had at a restaurant! We also got a peach drink (I can’t find it on the menu) and the Bourbon Punch, both were fantastic. We loved everything about our experience. Our waitress was also very good and just the right amount of attentive.
