El servicio es desastroso, nos terminamos los cafés y aun no habían llegado las tartas, el sitio estaba vació asique no tiene explicación. Los camareros no responden cuando los llamas y lo peor de todo fue un olor fortísimo, nos quejamos y nos dijeron que era la preparación para la hora de los cocteles, era tan fuerte que yo me tuve que ir de las arcadas. Los trozos de tarta costaban 16€ y eran bastante mediocres.

Fuimos a cenar y nos dieron la mesa del baño al solicitar el cambio de la mesa nos dijeron que todas las mesas se encontraban reservadas, estuvimos en el restaurante aproximadamente 3 horas y únicamente se ocuparon 3 mesas además de la nuestra, la comida está bien pero el servicio y la atención deja mucho que desear

I went here with my girlfriend on Valentines and I honestly had a terrible experience. The ambience and setting was great but it’s just aesthetically pleasing and that’s all. Ordered a cocktail that had 4 ice blocks in them. Not cubes, but blocks. The blocks were about as long as the glass and as big as a ring box, and there were 4 of them in the glasses. I didn’t even touch the drink but i took out the blocks and my glass was about a quarter full, mind you some of the ice had melted already. I had put the 4 blocks i had take out into another empty glass and by the time i had left, 2 blocks had melted and the glass was essentially half full of water. After making a complaint, the manager was being very patronising, saying that’s how all drinks in italy are made and had the audacity to ask me if i’ve had a cocktail without ice before. After some back and forth, he said he’d take it off the bill, yet when the bill was brought it was still on. After insisting that i’m not paying for that, he removed one drink and i still said no till he removed it. In conclusion on the drinks part, they were rubbish. On the food side, the portions were ridiculously small and not worth the price. To be honest, nothing there is worth the price.

Absolutely amazing experience. Venue was amazing, food was delicious and staff were attentive. Was very happy with the experience.

Ambient is fascinating and service is great, food was fine and drinks (cocktails) look good but do not taste that way, not really worth the money, what you are really paying for is “the looks” and atmosphere.
