Located on the corner of 3rd Avenue South & Demonbreun, The Diner is the crown jewel of Downtown Nashville’s SoBro district. Our 6 story restaurant boasts six unique floors, each with gorgeous views of downtown. Our chef-driven menu features everything from traditional breakfast fare and lunch specialties, to mouth watering steaks, exquisite seafood, Southern home-style dishes, Italian classics, freshly shucked oysters, and sushi.

Food was not good, very bland. Was charged a dollar more than menu price for the breakfast burrito. Service fee charged, and downtown fee charge which I haven’t seen at any other resturant during our 5 day stay. Could not get latte on the floor that I was randomly assigned, which was the only reason I came to this diner, to have a latte with my meal, which most diners do not offer. I had to order my food, then go downstairs for my latte, and come back up. Very bad experience, would not recommend.

We ate as a family of six;two adults and four kiddos under age of 10; service was very fast and friendly! The food was so good! Highly recommend!

The mixed drink was the worst old fashioned I’ve ever had. The pot roast was so very dry, the mahi was overcooked. The service was just ok, far from professional or friendly. Definitely not worth $80 (pre tip).

This was a great experience for a group of small caliber. I would recommend to anyone of my friends because it has great food and great atmosphere on any level.

Kaylee was a good waitress, friendly and efficient. Unfortunately, the food was not hot. We didn't want to send it back and wait longer. It was obvious when it was served. It should have never come out like that. Having specialty coffee on one floor and not being able to pay for and have it at your table at another floor, from the server, is a missed opportunity and inconvenient. If the food can come from other floors, so can the coffee.
