As always another great dining experience. Family of 15 for hubby’s birthday. Cocktails, pre dinner drinks entrees great mains and afters. Service 101.

My husband and I have dined in the Den a few times , always enjoyed the food , service atmosphere and the staff. Venue very clean. Have booked another family dinner in near future. Tonight the music, and temperature just perfect for date night with the hubby.

We enjoyed the night but would loved to have seen white tablecloths on the table out the back. It looked extremely plain and needs something done to enhance the decor Overall staff lovely and meals nice

I made the booking for my hens evening successfully and was very excited to try the den for the first time. I received a reminder of the booking successfully over email however, when I arrived the venue was closed. We were left literally in the rain with no attempts from the business to contact me and advise me they were closed. After googling we found the Facebook page stated that there was a gas leak 6 days earlier and they had tried to contact people to cancel bookings. I had no contact made with me at all, over email or phone both of which were needed for the booking. I’m sorry to say, this was extremely disappointing.

I'm not sure where the issue lies but the restaurant was not open at the time we booked on OpenTable. 8pm on a Saturday night.

They didn't turn up to open the restaurant even though we had a reservation, which I had confirmed. so we went elsewhere

Thought we would try after the change in ownership. Service was friendly but not great. Food very average shared arancini was cold. Limited choice when told steak was not available. We both ended up with ribs and while tasty enough it was ribs smothered in a sauce with chips. Not what I was after I was hoping for a more upmarket choice. I feel for the new owners but their game needs to be lifted if they are going to be successful and there is areal opportunity for a decent restaurant to do well in Engadine. I hope things improve but doubt I will be back.

A nice spot to eat, unfortunately the waiter didn’t seem to understand food allergies. I am a coeliac and order a GF pasta. Even double checking whilst ordering and also once my meal was bought out didn’t seem to help. My friends meal was nice.
