Housed in the restored 19th century Victoria Quarter, The Cut & Craft Leeds is a beautiful restaurant with historic features and a show-stopping central cocktail bar.

Open every day serving lunch and dinner, with brunch and roasts on the weekend, you can expect elegant interiors in a building rich with character and a lively, vibrant atmosphere.

Named 'Restaurant of the Year' at the Yorkshire National Business Hero Awards in 2023 and 2024, The Cut & Craft combines contemporary steak and seafood dishes with a premium list of locally-crafted drinks.

We have an extensive food menu all made freshly on site including our signature flat iron steak, prepared by our very own in-house butcher.

We also regularly host brunches and special events with brands like Whispering Angel, Moët & Chandon, Charlotte Tilbury, NARS and more.

Includes: Four 25ml Whisky Tastings: The Macallan 12 Year Old Double Cask, 15 Year Old Double Cask, 18 Year Old Double Cask, and a limited edition Harmony. Three Courses: From a Pearl Barley & Penny Bun Mushroom Scotch Egg to a decadent The Macallan Chocolate Delice, each dish is designed to pair perfectly with your whisky. Quickly becoming a Birthday tradition on New Year’s Eve for myself and my husband and whichever offspring are free!! The food is great, the ambience makes it special and even though it’s definitely not the cheapest place to go in Leeds for a flat iron steak, you feel like you have had monies worth as a treat. Service is impeccable.

Style over substance. Loads of staff and pleasant surroundings, but food doesn't match up. Steak nice but sides disappointing, Biscoff shell dessert was very stodgy

Excellent experience from arrival to departure. We were undecided on a wine choice so the sommelier provided us with a choice of three to taste before choosing. The steak was cooked exactly as we'd asked and the service was friendly and well-paced. Thoroughly recommend.

Absolutely incredible. I had the filet steak, cooked medium and it was like butter. My friends had sirloin and said the same. Recommend with the macaroni cheese, truffle fries and tender stem broccoli. We will be back!

Food and service very good, sat at the bar after our meal and the bar staff were friendly, will definitely return.
