Drawing inspiration from both the area’s Scottish heritage and the rugged, natural landscape, The Creag [kreyg] offers elevated comfort food with sweeping views of McLemore Cove and Pigeon Mountain. Along with favorites like the Hush Puppies, 8oz Filet, and Flat Iron Pork, The Creag serves craft cocktails and a curated collection of fine whiskeys and wines from around the world.

Stunning views in the loveliest of cozy spaces on a gloomy, misty day. Greeted by a roaring fire, cushy pillows in the banquet, fine furnishings and a feel of prestigious club. Tasteful winter greenery adorning the chandeliers, windows and mantle. Waiter, Davey, was attentive, kind and knowledgeable. Delicious hot toddy drink should be featured on winter menu. Husband’s steak special and daughter’s burger superb. My supposed to be hot turkey sandwich was good but I was surprised that it was cold turkey lunch meat at a fine establishment like this one with a chef! Roast and slice your own turkey breast for goodness sake. Breads were wonderful and fries perfection.

We really enjoyed our visit to The Creag at McLemore. Our waitress was great, super helpful, and friendly. Our meal was fantastic, and you can't beat the view! I recommend trying their hushpuppies!

Food was a bit disappointing. The steal head trout was overdone and extremely over cooked and when I mentioned to the waitress she didn’t seem concerned at all. I ended up leaving the whole fish on the plate. The blue corn bread lacked flavor and was a bit dry. Overall very disappointed

The food was fresh and delicious. Our server Faith was excellent. The views of the mountains and valley were breathtaking.

The service was fantastic and I would have also given the food a great review but they use way too much salt on the food. All 4 of us thought the food would have been awesome if not for it being too salty. The rest of the areas of the restaurant were great.

One of the best steaks that we have ever had!!! Great views, beautiful restaurant and great service!! One of our favorite places to bring family, friends and date night.

We were so impressed by everything from the decor to the food. Our server was fabulous and very attentive. We could not have asked for better service. The food with some of the best that we’ve ever had. I would venture to say that that was probably the best steak I have ever eaten. We ordered the filets and wedge salads and the cheese and charcuterie and it was all wonderful. We also had alcoholic beverages that were made perfectly. This is definitely going to be added to one of our go to restaurants. I would highly recommend and will be telling people about it.

Absolutely amazing. The service was spot on and the food was delicious. Highly recommend getting the filet or ribeye. Will be back!
