Good was delicious. Our waiter was great. Getting seated was a bit awkward. Took about 6 minutes for hostess + two helpers to figure out where to seat us for our 5:30 reservation. Restaurant was almost empty. We thought about leaving but glad we didn’t. We’ll go back, for sure!!!

The outcome is always excellent, we sat at the bar, so didn't "need " too much servicing.

The Cottage is a neighborhood gem. The food was very nouvo, fresh nicely presented. And tasted very good. The service was too slow.

The tranquil vibe during lunch is perfect for those who want a peaceful escape. A small, well-curated menu means that everything is carefully crafted and of high quality. I appreciate that there are some inventive gf options. Add professional service to the mix, and it is the kind of spot that really takes care of its guests.

Avoid the table closest to the hostess stand- it is loud and bustling.

More expensive than it should be, especially the appetizers. Mushroom risotto was good. Squid and pork belly was the best appetizer. Lobster spaghetti was very greasy and served with ramen noodles (not spaghetti)
