Welcome to The Copper Mug, where casual meets elevated dining. Immerse yourself in our dark academia decor, most of which is directly from the Landoll family and their ancestors. Whether you're joining us for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, our exceptional culinary offerings cater to all tastes. Indulge in prime steaks, seafood, mouthwatering burgers, & classic breakfast favorites. During the warmer months, enjoy our outdoor dining area, & in the winter/spring, book one of our outdoor heated igloo domes for a truly memorable dining experience. To quench your thirst, our full bar offers a wide selection of beverages, including a regularly changing seasonal drink menu. Notably, The Copper Mug gained recognition when it was featured on a Gordon Ramsay television show in 2016.     The food was very average at best and was priced like a 4 or 5 star restaurant. The drink I had was not good. The atmosphere was like a Cracker Barrel. Not at all what we envisioned for our anniversary getaway. Would not recommend.

    Aesthetically, the establishment was charming. Lots of attention to detail that made the place look like it was straight out of a hallmark movie. Really wanted to love it. However, the food was very "meh" for the pricing. The "schnitzel" was edible, a little too old fryer oil tasting though, and definitely not schnitzel. The carrots and baked potato with the schnitzel were underdone. The potato wasn't dressed well either. The meatloaf was really dense and kind of burnt in a not caramelized/tasty way on the edges, and really didn't taste like much... just baked ground beef. The lasagna was meh. It had a weird grittyness to it. The kids chicken tenders and fries were good. Basic deep fryer fare. We didn't try drinks, apps, or dessert. The woman waiting on us was very nice. Thought it was weird that she never offered drink refills any of the times she came by. Overall, if you're going for a good meal, I'd say pass. If you're looking for drinks and maybe apps or dessert with a kitschy holiday vibe, I'd say try it, but go in with low expectations and only if you don't mind blowing the cash for some cute photo ops.

    We had an amazing experience. We were outside at one of the greenhouses. It was toasty, and the food was great and came out fast. The people who were our servers were very attentive.

    All the staff were friendly and delightful. Ambiance and quiet booths added to the charm. We had a perfect Christmas lunch, though disappointed that we were not late enough to see the lights.

    Given the "castle setting", we thought the restaurant would be more romantic and a little classier. It was like eating in a diner. But the food was excellent!

    Good food! The soup could have been hotter. Our server did a good job even though she had a lot of tables. The decor was Christmasy!

    While the restaurant didn't have the ambiance I was expecting...given it's name, it was quaint. Service and food were excellent! Food was very good and portions were "normal" and not overly large like so many restaurants have! We really enjoyed our dinner there!
