Atlas Restaurant Group celebrates historic Fells Point with The Choptank, a new fish and crab house located in the Broadway Market’s south shed. The Choptank honors the market’s 200-plus-year legacy with authentic local seafood and an energy and hustle true to the area.

Atlas Restaurant Group promotes a dining atmosphere and the suggested dress is business casual. We kindly ask our guests to abide by these suggestions to create an enjoyable environment for all guests.

The following items are prohibited however:

• Gentlemen’s tank tops or sleeveless shirts
• Hats are not permitted indoors for gentlemen
• No exposed undergarments
• Clothing with language or graphics that are vulgar or sexually explicit
• Footwear is required, however there is no restriction on the style

Jewel was our waitress and she was great. One per ordered the steak at medium temperature but it came to the table with a temperature of well done. The steak was chewy and grainy. Another person ordered the fried chicken and it was extremely salty. The calamari was chewy and the batter did not adhere to the calamari rings. Shrimp cocktail was ok but the garlic green beans were amazing! We will not be going back.

Came to the Choptank for my mother-in-laws birthday dinner. The food did not disappoint and the atmosphere made it delightful for her special day! Tyler our server was very kind, informative and funny. He made our experience the perfect day, especially knowing to bring out some dessert for the birthday girl.

My fiancé and I dined here Saturday night and everything about our experience was excellent! Our server, Jules, took amazing care of us and was very helpful with her menu recommendations. We started our meal off with orange crushes which were absolutely delicious and paired those with the calamari and the shave brussel sprout salad. The calamari was perfectly cooked and the marinara that it came with was delish. The brussel sprout salad was out of this world amazing. Very unique and refreshing and we devoured both of these. My fiancé had the crab cake platter and the crab cake itself was all jumbo lump meat, almost no filler and perfectly cooked. Neither of us our fans of an undercooked crab cake where the mayo sauce is still wet. Jules recommended the blackened salmon out of the two options I was considering and once again, it was amazing. Perfectly cooked, I asked for just past medium, and I got a side of chimichurri sauce to go with it. The chimichurri tasted homemade and very fresh, exactly what you want it to be. We shared corn pudding and the broccoli with mashed cauliflower for our sides which were both excellent. We left no room for dessert, unfortunately. I would highly recommend Choptank to anyone interested and we can't wait to come back.

Service and atmosphere were great. I can tell that the environment would be amazing in better weather. For the price paid, the food quality could have been better. The crab legs were over cooked and too small for the price.

The server we had was overworked it seemed like it was just him. The ceviche was horrible. The singer that was there was awesome he voice was amazing. But I just think that they might of needed more servers.

Tyler our server for that night he was the greatest , highly recommend. Bar tenders were extremely nice & drinks were delicious. Live music made a great touch , very clean and cute atmosphere !
