Established in 1992 by Mike Connor with the help of family and friends, The Chop House® has become one of the premier casual restaurant concepts in the Southeast, with 12 locations spread across 4 states.

Our number one goal is to provide a superior dining experience to every guest. We do this by providing guest-obsessed service and generous portions of delicious food using the freshest ingredients.

Running low on prime rib at the time. Seemed okay. Other than that.

Makala provided exceptional care during our visit, making us feel as if we were in a fine dining establishment rather than a fast-food restaurant. Unfortunately, some restaurants rush you by asking if you want a to-go box even when you haven't finished your meal. It's quite disheartening. However, Makala ensured that we received everything just as we ordered and made us feel comfortable, allowing us to enjoy our food without the pressure to hurry and leave. This kind of service greatly influences our decision to return to a restaurant.

We had a large group of people including a few wheelchairs Everyone had a great time and great service. The Chophouse was very accommodating and attentive.Food was delicious.

The Service was good and good atmosphere but the food was ok. I have had better from Chop House. I don't know if they have changed management but the food was not as good or tasty than it used to be.
