3-course dinner created by our executive chef, Ryan Zale. Please call for any dietary or allergy concerns, menu can be found on our website. Menu is $65 per person and includes appetizer, entrée, and dessert selection. Tables of 2 or less will be allotted 2 hours. Any table of more than 2 people will be allotted 2.5 hours.

Everything was perfect. The steak was tender and delicious as were the salad and potatoes. John, our server, was very attentive , efficient and made our dining experience wonderful. 5+ stars.

The restaurant is unassuming from the outside, but inside, it was fine dining all the way. From the atmosphere, food and the wait staff, everything was top-tier. Our waitress, "Brielle(sp)" was very professional and attentive. The food was prepared and seasoned well. The mocktail/cocktails were good. The dessert, apple crumble with ice cream, was a little drier than the cobbler style we are used to, but it was still tasty.

The food is wonderful. Although, I wish there were more options. It is a little pricey. Our waitress was not the worst but could have provided much better service. The service is why I cannot give a five star.

Absolutely love this restaurant. The food is delicious and the Long Island Ice tea is amazing! Enjoyed the ice cream to celebrate my birthday!

During a recent visit and stay in Luray, VA we ate dinner at the Chop House Bistro twice. Both dinners were excellent in every way - the food, the service, the ambience. Our server was very helpful in making suggestions for both entrees and side dishes. If you go, make sure to ask them about their homemade ice cream for dessert. It was delicious.

Very pleasant dinner. Arrived a few minutes early and immediately shown to our table. John was our waiter. He was attentive, knowledgeable and very pleasant. Had the crab dip and pork belly as appetizers for party of four. Nice portions, very tasty. Honey butter and focaccia was excellent. Entrees were equally good. The tofu steak was meh and definitely needed a sauce. The salmon and filets were also well-cooked and enjoyable. Only criticism was steaks were too salty, which distracted from their taste.

Had dinner here for my birthday two years in a row. The food was delicious - The local sirloin, mashed potatoes, and triple chocolate cake with malted molasses ice cream! Our waiter, John was very nice! Would and most likely will come again if staying in the area again!
