The Chef's Table es un pequeño restaurante independiente en el corazón del centro de Chester, ofreciendo lo mejor de su producción local en su variado menú de temporada. Este restaurante trabaja con The Natural Veg Men, un grupo de productores orgánicos ubicados a 24,1 km del del restaurante y cuyos productos tienen gran influencia en el menú. Un pequeño menú de hasta 2 platos principales por 15 GBP y hasta 3 platos por 18 GBP es ofrecido para el almuerzo.     Centrally located in Chester with multi story parking locally. Very smartly presented resaurant. Attentive staff in a relaxed atmosphere. All the courses were very well presented. The Lunch menu was resonably priced . Not the cheapest restaurant to dine at but well worth a visit if you like fine dining.

    We booked a table for four on a Saturday night to celebrate my 60th birthday. We arrived on time and were immediately taken to our table. Service was great, we ordered cocktails to start which were served very quickly. Our orders were then taken and starters were with us in no time. Main courses followed in perfect time after we had finished. We then shared two deserts between us. All the food was exceptional and the service was faultless. I'd highly recommend this restaurant.

    What a lovely afternoon we spent at Chef’s Table enjoying a fabulous lunch! We were greeted politely by a member of staff and shown straight to our table, where we were asked would we like to remove our coats for a more comfortable experience. The dining chairs, which were lime green, clashed a little with the otherwise contemporary surroundings-but that’s just my opinion. We were given both the a la carte and lunch menu to choose from and opted for the two course lunch-a great price at just £30. We chose the surf and turf and salmon risotto starters-both were delicious, however it was a little tricky to eat the broth on the surf and turf. We followed with the roast pork and chicken, both included crunchy roast potatoes, an hearty Yorkshire pudding and wonderful seasonal veg from the Daresbury farm. However, when we had finished our mains I did ask was the cauliflower cheese a puree on the dish, as I was a little disappointed not to find the vegetable on our plates. The waitress said there was indeed a cauliflower puree on the plate, but that we should have received a portion of cauliflower cheese on the side. She apologised immediately and went to see Chef or the manager, I’m unsure which. On her return, she apologised again and offered us both complimentary desserts. What a lovely gesture!! We thoroughly enjoyed the steamed pudding and the cheese plate, thank you. If you’re looking for a special place to dine, then this restaurant serves beautifully presented food in a calm, contemporary environment-book, you won’t be disappointed!!!
