Make it a day to remember. From birthdays and anniversaries to professional milestones, we aim to make every gathering special at The Capital Grille. Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required. Great place. Staff is exceptional at all points and all positions. The steak is prepared perfectly and is one of the best I've had. Great food. Atmosphere is perfect for a nice evening.

We celebrated my wife’s birthday and they exceeded our expectations. The staff’s warm welcome and personalized birthday surprise made the evening unforgettable. Each dish was flavorful and perfectly prepared. Their exceptional service and attention to detail made us feel truly special. We are grateful for such a memorable experience and look forward to returning.

We enjoyed our evening at The Capital Grill. Ashley was very attentive and made our experience a memorable one. I really appreciate the care she took. The champagne toast for our birthday girl was a nice touch and very thoughtful. Ashley made the whole experience amazing. She has my gratitude and respect for making it a perfect evening for those we care about.

We were celebrating New Year’s and had a lovely time. Food was great and the waiter (Grayson) was very attentive and helped us in our food and wine selection.

Delicious. We split the Gorgonzola covered strip and were impressed. Service great as expected from Capital.
