Make it a day to remember. From birthdays and anniversaries to professional milestones, we aim to make every gathering special at The Capital Grille. Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     The Capital Grille typically offers a good dining experience in all of its locations. I think the CG Southlake is a cut above and is one of the best restaurants in Southlake and the surrounding area. The food is outstanding and the service is excellent.

    We love celebrating birthdays at Capital Grill. The food is always delicious and the service is outstanding. From the seafood tower to steaks and dessert, we’ve never been disappointed. Highly recommend

    This Southlake location is amazing. The waiter was perfect. I do not leave reviews. I truly can not think of one area of improvement. The cut and cook of the filet is superior to any in the Dallas area.

    Went after I proposed to my now fiancé. Everyone was on point for it being my first time there. From the front desk knowing my name even with changing the reservation 30 minutes in advance, they even set the table for us in a celebratory manner congratulating us, brining us champagne and all within such a short notice. Thank you Benny for your wonderful service. He had excellent recommendations and was so prompt to deliver the delicious food. See you again soon!

    Our food took really long and the server never acknowledged it. Didn’t see a manager on the floor. We always go to the Capital Grille in Fort Worth and have exceptional service and food. Thought we’d give southlake a try. Underwhelming.
