Make it a day to remember. From birthdays and anniversaries to professional milestones, we aim to make every gathering special at The Capital Grille. Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required. The food was wonderful, and my Espresso martini was the best I’ve ever had. Our server Ashley was friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, and professional. Best server ever! She made us feel like we were the sole reason they opened the restaurant last night. Thank you, Ashley, for a perfect evening!

We arrived for our reservation at 8:15p and they walked us to our table within 1min. The atmosphere was festive, booth was roomy, and food was immaculate! We had the tuna steak seared and pre-sliced, scallops with crab risotto, asparagus and steamed spinach with garlic confit. The bottle of Malbec was smartly priced and nice it was allowed to breathe was beautiful! The noise level and lighting levels were average, and restaurant temperature was comfortable. The servers are all very accommodating and have great attitudes. Our server was nice, a little distracted by a larger group, but got us everything we needed and made good suggestions. Valet cost $10. All in all, it was a consistent Capital Grille experience and they will see me in the future.

No extra to add. I would recommend. The only thing when you ask the waiter something or he heard the table asking about entrée; he would interject & say, it's on the menu.

We had our year end Christmas celebration at Capital Grille this afternoon. The food was perfect and our server was excellent.

We received the absolute best service from our waitress Jessica. The entire team at the SL location went above and beyond to take care of our table. The food came out perfect and we will be back soon.

We went to the Capital Grille in Southlake for lunch and to exchange Christmas gifts. It was absolutely amazing. Their tenderloin salad is always delicious with the mustard dressing on it. Our waitress Jessica was amazing.
