Make it a day to remember. From birthdays and anniversaries to professional milestones, we aim to make every gathering special at The Capital Grille. Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required. Thanks to the front desk for calling us to inform us about the closing on Valantine's day and reschedule our reservations for next day. The food was excellent and service by all was great!

This is a great place to have a long lunch with a friend. The food is delicious and the wait staff is attentive.We really enjoyed our meal!

Had a great time celebrating a birthday with a party of 5 on a Saturday night. Service was top notch and the food was amazing. I had the filet mignon another had strip steak and said it was the best he ever had. The Sea Bass was excellent and they had an extensive wine list. The best part was we never felt rushed and every part of the serving was perfectly timed.

Not sure what happened, but Capital Grille put us in a secluded room and away from everyone else, even though we did not request for it, which was very disappointing. My husband asked for another table immediately which the server & not the host moved us without our birthday decor.It was nice that the table had the Capital Grille signature decor…card & confetti, but away from anyone other than a big family with kids. Don’t know what that was all about.

Dinner at The Capital Grille during Restaurant Week is well worth the trip on a cold winter evening. The food is outstanding and the service, from the front door to the service, is consistently attentive without being intrusive. We will all return for another wonderful meal at The Capital Grill.
