Make it a day to remember. From birthdays and anniversaries to professional milestones, we aim to make every gathering special at The Capital Grille. Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required. Spent $460 and got McDonald’s service. Servers placed food down wrong in front of wrong person. Father-in-law asked for sauce on side on a medium/well done fillet. Arrived with sauce on, replacement was delivered and was rare. Server then disappeared for the rest of the meal which meant we had no drinks. Just not what you expect for $460.

What a wonderful graduation dinner for our son. Our server Danna, another FGCU student, was terrific, witty and awesome! The whole staff made the experience exceptional! Can’t wait to go back!

Our server, Erik, was amazing! The cocktails were good as well. The only issue I had was my steak came to the table medium rare, when I asked for medium well. When they brought the steak back, jt was fine, but then my side was cold. Our server made up for it with his attentiveness and social skills on just a busy night.

This Capital Grille has excellent service and food. Chef Barone has a special touch that makes this restaurant stand out amongst the rest. We drove 1hour and 45 minutes bc of Chef Barone. Matthew was an amazing server who made the evening extra fun. He is diffently worth requesting. Sabrina was in training and so helpful. She will be a great addition to the team. Thank you all for a great birthday dinner. It was delicious..
