Make it a day to remember. From birthdays and anniversaries to professional milestones, we aim to make every gathering special at The Capital Grille. Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required. Slow service!!!! Couple next to us vaped …. the entire time we were in there! No one stopped them, even though it’s against the law!!!! Probably won’t be back!

We’ve dined at other Capital Grills over the years but a few years ago had a bad experience at the Fort Lauderdale location. Tonight put my faith and desire back in to Capital Grills. Everyone from the host to the server’s assistant, server and manager were friendly and pleasant and well trained. enjoyed everything immensely and will return soon.

India was amazing and the food was very good. However, I’ve had better food for a much better price at other restaurants such as Connor’s and Coopers Hawk.

Wonderful lunch, great service too! My husband wanted malt vinegar for his fries. They didn’t have any but the chef came out with a “flight” of three vinegar choices for him to try. Great service and attention to detail. Love Capital Grill!

Great waiter and good food. We sat at the Chef's Table which is always fun to watch the kitchen. Our waiter, Kenny was fun and knowledgeable.

We had the most amazing experience. We came for our anniversary and from the moment we sat down to when we left, it was nothing short of incredible: our server is Reece was so kind and personable she treated us sooo well and had the most amazing personality. We will definitely ask for her as we continue to come back. We had the filet bone in and filet and they were cooked to perfection. Everyone there was so professional and kind!
