Make it a day to remember. From birthdays and anniversaries to professional milestones, we aim to make every gathering special at The Capital Grille. Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required. Had Christmas Eve dinner. Service was great but they were very busy and took longer to get seated even though we had reservations. Will have to come back on a regular night to experience the restaurant again.

My husband and I treated our adult "kids" to dinner to celebrate Christmas. Everything was top notch. The service and the food was outstanding.

Absolutely perfect for Christmas Eve lunch celebration. Just what we were looking for. Service was everything we could have hoped for, suggestions were spot on, food was perfect. Thank you for making the holiday special for us

Always a fantastic dining experience here! Parker was wonderful as our server. The food was phenomenal and we had an amazing time. Anytime I’m back in town I’ll always come back for dinner.

Celebrating the Christmas holiday with family. The cocktails were amazing. I highly recommend the filet mignon and New York strip. Our server, Parker D, was attentive and made wonderful recommendations regarding cocktails and entrees.

Lisa was our waitress and she was great! Food, service was perfect. One small complaint was getting our water glasses refilled. No one came by and trying to get water was difficult.

I know it's a busy season but our server was very slow. Being able to order our drinks took over 30 min then received another 20 minutes. 🤷‍♀️ so so food and over prices. I am not interested in going back to the Capital Grill.
