Make it a day to remember. From birthdays and anniversaries to professional milestones, we aim to make every gathering special at The Capital Grille. Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Our food and drinks were beautifully prepared. Our server Jessica was friendly and professional. We asked to sit in the bar; however, the only tables were next to the windows. Even though it was a frigid evening the air conditioning was on, making the room very cold. We asked Jessica if she would ask someone to turn on the heat. It turned on briefly, but then went back to cold air. We ordered dessert, but asked Jessica to make it to go since it was too uncomfortably cold to continue eating there.

    It was a good experience and food was good. The one item that we didn’t appreciate was ordering a wedge salad and getting a normal salad that wasn’t a wedge. When we asked, the waitress lied and said it’s not a wedge because gents in suites shouldn’t have to do too much work. Sorry it’s called a wedge salad that’s what we ordered and it was sub par.

    I normally do not take the time to leave reviews but Jason and the Capital Grille staff deserve to be applauded. This was my second experience dining here and one of our steaks happened to be overcooked. I hate being that person to send food back but ultimately decided it wasn't going to be enjoyable as is. Jason and the team immediately fixed the issue without any hesitation and went above and beyond to make it right. They brought out extra sides while the new steak was being prepared and even provided a gift card for the price of the steak as we were paying our check, non of which was asked for. My first experience here the steak was cooked perfectly and this time my girlfriend's was cooked perfectly so it seems like it was just a one off mishap. Besides correcting the steak issue Jason was just awesome at what he does and seems to enjoy the work that he does. He gave us some great drink recommendations and made my girlfriend's birthday dinner a great experience. We will be back for sure!

    We had a great time celebrating my birthday. Great food as well as great service. That flourless chocolate cake is still on my mind. Thank you for a wonderful meal.

    We celebrated my husband's Birthday and everything was perfect. The food, drinks, and service was great. Really had a great time. Sometimes hard to get these days!
