Our one-of-a-kind Canadian themed sports bar & grill has an extensive menu of appetizers, entrees, drinks and amazing specials every night of the week.     We went for bowling. Barely anything worked, 25% of our hour (that cost 56 dollars) was spent waiting for help for a broken down pin resetter. Eventually a waitress had to do it was no staff specific to the bowling lane was ever around. People were just talking their own shoes because there was no service. The gutter guards didn't work, so we couldn't use them, or could only use them. The bathrooms were disgusting. We were going to eat there, but based on the experience we didn't wanna chance that level of standard in the kitchen. I def want my money back for the crappy broken down poorly services bowling.

    We did the bowling. We had to reach over and get our own shoes. The bowling lane itself is horrible, we requested service several times with no one coming. Finally we hunted down a server and they had to fix it. Took 10 minutes away and never was even offered a refund. They did not offer us a table nor menus. Almost seems like they do not want any customers

    I booked a bowling reservation at 4:30 and dinner at 5:30. We arrived and no one was there to help us at the entrance with bowling, a friendly group of elderly were there too and we were all waiting for someone to ring us in. We waited for about 10 mins until someone arrived. The staff also gave us the wrong bowling lane, so we had to switch quickly. Once we were done with bowling, our 5:30pm reservation was up next. Once again, no one was at the front desk and I had to find staff to help sit us down. This would be understandable if the place was busy, but at the time of our arrival, there were barely any people inside. The food was quite nice though, and they gave us free desssert since it was my birthday.

    Overall - good experience. Roast beef was slightly overcooked, and served without au jus/gravy. Ambience was good, although found the music a little loud (old man!); that’s not the brewhouse’s fault. Beer selection was fine, table was available right on time.

    My Birthday dinner and my party’s dinners were amazing! We counted about 30 TVs! Great for game night! Service was outstanding and thanks for the birthday nachos!

    I went for a promotional ribaye cut and they told me in 30 minutes and I asked again and they told me another 40 minutes, why do they put promotions if they are not going to take them? I'll never come back again

    Service for bowling was poor - shoe sizes limited. Also not noted when reserving that you have to pay per pay of shoe(s). Overlap of tables leaving when our reservation spot was for one hour, so was not able to settle in or put our belongings somewhere or order drinks until other guests left (approx 20 mins into our reservation time).
