The Bungalow Kitchen by Michael Mina presents a dynamic new social dining experience and vibrant community clubhouse in the heart of Tiburon – Marin County’s charming waterfront neighborhood along the San Francisco Bay. Award-winning chef Michael Mina and hospitality veteran Brent Bolthouse joined forces with renowned interior designer Martin Brudnizki to create a lively bohemian atmosphere with bold cuisine, five-star service, and thoughtful touchpoints that pay homage to Tiburon’s storied past. Food was not as good as I remembered from a few years ago. Some of the dishes were not hot when they came out and service was not on spot.. I would expect better.

We ate there for Thanksgiving dinner. It was just my son and I, the Seabass was not very good, I almost encouraged my son not to order that the turkey entrée was very good, but for the amount of money we spent here the portions were small. And it would’ve been nice to have some bread and butter on the table, especially when one is drinking alcohol. Our waitress was absolutely adorable and so on top of her game. Of course we know this isn’t a pricey place, but $19 for a house margarita is a bit much! The view was fabulous. It was a beautiful clear night. So I’m so glad we went there but for the price, I was a little disappointed.

It was a busy night when we dine there. Food flavor seemed inconsistent. Some were extremely tasty and some were way too salty. Not sure if the the sous chef in charge of making the sauce was new. The location and window view of this restaurant is incredible. For this, we’ll return.

Exceptional experience for Thanksgiving! Prix fixe with many options. Portions were relatively large. Service was fabulous and attentive. Background music was perfect. Always a pleasure!!

We dined downstairs where the space is beautifully designed. We avoided the more expensive items on the menu and dined well on less expensive fare. A burger was delicious. Service was excellent. A glass of Malbec was lovely.

We had a wonderful time and ate great food and drank delightful cocktails !! What else could be desired from a dining out experience ?? The atmosphere/ ambiance is so enjoyable ! We LOVE the music and the decor and the views !! Staff are attentive and very amenable. The mixologists know their stuff and the food we had was delicious !! We relaxed , smiled and enjoyed every moment !! Oh and foot tapped and sang along to the excellent music !! Great vibe in this place !!

We had a great time and enjoyed meeting executive chef Daniela. The service was very good and the food was good specially the desserts. I just found it a bit too expensive even by Bay Area standards. I’d go back.
