Your table will be booked for:
1 hour 30 minutes for parties of up to 2;
2 hours for parties of up to 4;
2 hours 30 minutes for parties of up to 6;
3 hours for parties of 7+.

ADDITIONAL NOTES

We look forward to welcoming you at The Bull Highgate! All tables are held for a max of 15 minutes, so if you are running late please call us to let us know. All tables outside are subject to the wonderful British weather, so please be prepared for this accordingly.

The back garden closes at 9 PM, so please be aware that the last bookings we are able to offer for this area are at 6 PM for the parties of 6+ and 6:30 PM for the smaller groups.

We will try, where we can to accommodate specific table requests, but cannot guarantee specific table allocation, especially at peak times.

A very disappointing experience. Food was well below par with two dishes having ''foreign' objects in them. Dishes were very expensive. Service was good and we were offered free dessert and coffees on the house and the dishes which had foreign bodies in were taken off the bill. It's sad to see a restaurant clearly struggling.

5 of us in for Sunday Roast, all of us very happy with starters mains and deserts. The Porchetta was beautifully flavoursome and well cooked. And take note other restaurants! The gravy was lovely and there were enough roast potatoes....

When we got there they were under a bit of pressure when it came to seating and getting food out, probably a few people understaffed. To their credit when they sat us they said there was a wait and we were fine with that. Was slightly annoying that they said they were fine for all food except the lamb which was sold out but then when we finally ordered it turned out they were also out of beef. The food itself was actually incredible! The portion sizes were great but also didn't skimp on qualitly. We would absolutely go back again just for the food quality. For genuine feedback for management, upstairs needed another person. To have just 2 people with a full area doing hosting, orders, drinks dispense, running food and clearing table is unsustainable. The 2 guys were holding it together and really good but from our table alone of 7 people you definitely lost atleast 1 round and possibly 2 of drinks plus dessert. GP on that alone would have covered off that extra staff member. We will absolutely go back again just cause the food was great but I'd love Green King/MPCo to be better at their staffing as to not put their staff in those situations.

Really lovely upstairs dining room bit next time will try the downstairs. The team are so friendly - amazing as they were very busy but so attentive and lovely. The roasts were good - they need to be served hotter.z Good portions, beef was tender and pink. Chicken tasty. Yorkshire pudding was good Go - it’s great

Food seems to have declined since I last went - was nice however waitress forgot our starter so we only had the main which was ok. Dessert nice All else fine
