                                                                                                            Staff were friendly & efficient, even though they had a bigger event on, they were still attentive to our needs. Prices maybe could have been a little bit lower but food was good & everyone enjoyed their meals.

                                                                                                            Outside is such a relaxed area to have a meal. The staff members on were super helpful, we were a group of mums with new babies so the amazing service was just outstanding. We will be back!

                                                                                                            We got there at 5pm not many ppl at all we ordered owe food 1 main meal 1 kids meal the kids meal was cold the main meal was cold and we waited 1 hr for it never again not good food at all.

                                                                                                            Im half half with the review, I use to go here alot and having moved and not been for couple of years the place has really dropped in standard. The food is below average, usual pub price I guess. There needs to be signage for toilets and makes it hard for parents who have to push through a small door with a pram while making sure not to run into a line up with pokie users and everyone else. The tv outside was blaring despite only a couple of small tables of people watching the football, the rest were familys with young children who had to yell at each other just to have a conversation. The midgies were absolutely terrible. Sad to say we won't be back again.

Felt for the poor guy trying to light the heater for us... but he did sing a song and do a dance for us while he was trying to get it going!! Haha! Made us all laugh. We had a great time, thank you!

                                                                                                            We haven't been to The Boathouse in about 2 years. We won't be back. The staff are terrific and the service was excellent. The venue is let down by the excessive noise - not just from the M1, from the water feature as well as the TVs. The menu is limited & hasn't been changed for a while. The worst impact is the ibis. The 'we're dealing with them' sign was in the bar last time. There are solutions! They've not been taken. They are not simply unattractive, they're unhygienic & staff should not still have to be apologising for them. Taser them or laser them! Simple!
