Welcome to The Boathouse Bar & Restaurant where dining is a leisurely affair, a balance of fresh elegant foods and breezy drinks served in an atmosphere of relaxed simplicity.

We don’t take ourselves too seriously and are always on hand for some coastal fun! Food very average for a beautiful place. I had a cheeseburger, the patty looked and tasted like a frozen one from the supermarket. Too much mustard as well and service was very average.

We booked a table on the outdoor deck only to be told we would have to go to the bar to order our food and drinks I'm still unsure why the deck is not part of the restraunt? Anyway ordered the aranchini balls for entre and seafood tower and it was all brought over together 🤣 the worst I think I've ever had, very cheaply put together, over cooked squid, fish was plain and off tasting and the oysters were also off....for $165 I was expecting something a little more refined. Staff brought our food to the table and said they could not offer us cutlery and we would have to go to the bar, bar said they had none and we would have to go to the restraunt staff 🤣 I mean I'm not even mad it was all quite funny. At the end of the day the best advise I can offer is to just re staff the entire place and possibly hire real chefs. Good luck 👍

We found the menu choices very lacking, the quality of the menu as in palate and printing was cafe level. Charging a very full price and plating like a 5!star as in the rump steak was just that a piece of rump with a small fancy mash potato nothing else. Which if fine dining the extras are happily paid for however this the a restaurant in a hotel certainly not what we expected but lesson learnt. Sadly neither of us finished out steaks either due to quality of meat, so we basically paid a lot and left it there.

We had a beautiful night. The staff were very friendly, attentive and the service was quick. The food was beautiful as well as the atmosphere. I will 100% be coming back and recommending the restaurant. Thank you for a great evening.

Seafood tower very average for price , frozen prawns scallops cut in half , imported rubbish fish , frozen salt pep squid , oysters plenty of shell left in , such lazy cuisine. Waited to be seated staff friendly enough , not a great dining experience from such a arge company. Pinacalad defs the highlight. Wont be back .

Lovely dining experience with a beautiful view! Food is absolutely beautiful! Bartenders are lovely. Restaurant were very friendly. We were lucky to have the beginning of the storm (Jan 2024) and the sky was beautiful.Highly recommended

Schöne Location. Freundlicher Empfang. Sehr gute Küche. Sehr freundliche Bedienung. Angemessener Preis. Wir verbrachten einen sehr schönen Abend im Boathouse.

Wir sind frohen Mutes zu diesem Restaurant gelaufen. Der Empfang war grundsätzlich freundlich. Wir wollten draussen zu Abendessen, die Bilder online waren ja verheissungsvoll. Mit einem Lächeln wurden wir informiert, dass die Gäste die draussen sitzen wollen an der Bar bestellen müssten. Ja gut…wir wollten das tatsächlich in Kauf nehmen. Doch als wir den ungepflegten Aussenbereich zu Gesicht bekamen und zufällig einen Blick auf das Essen eines Ehepaares (die einzigen beiden Gäste draussen) werfen konnten, ist uns der Appetit vergangen. Nein Dank.
