Warm, welcoming, intimate and steps away from the Jackson Hole Town Square, The Bistro is the newest concept from restaurateurs Gavin Fine and Roger Freedman (Fine Dining Restaurant Group). Drawing on inspiration from Parisian style neighborhood brasseries, The Bistro presents modern, comfortable European dining for breakfast, lunch and dinner, all inside The Cloudveil hotel. The Bistro brings seasonal, beautifully prepared and presented dishes to life with outdoor cafe seating, a stunning zinc bar, fresh oyster bar and a variety of dynamic indoor dining areas.     Jackson Hole es demasiado pequeño y tiene Candida excesiva de gente asió ue enlace sitio es muy muy concurrido y el nivel de ruido alto espacio es muy poco pero el restaurante es bueno y su selección de vinos agradable servicio rápido

    The smell of garlic was so overpowering in The Bistro. I love garlic but my husband does not so it bothered him. The shrimp cocktail sauce was ho-hum but the shrimp firm and flavorful. The rest of the meal was excellent! I had the sea bass, really good. The potato side was outstanding. My martini was delish. I only rated this restaurant average due to the overwhelming garlic odor that remains in our clothes today. I wonder if the fans were not working. The food and the service was really good.

    We booked for lunch on the 25th Dec We thought for Christmas a French bistro restaurant would be something special. The food was awful. The service was very much like eating in a pub not an expensive French food restaurant . We are very disappointed and the food quality was really poor,. We do not recommend this place at all The burger in Wendy's taste a lot better than the one we had in this restaurant. THE onion soup and lentil soup was so bad and we hardly ate any. The main was served at the same time together with the soup..duh? I asked for ice and parmesan cheese but I was ignored by the other waitress because it wasn't her table so the food was already cold when the cheese arrived.The pasta was half cooked and bland. Overall it wasn't a good experience for our Christmas meal

    We had reservations for Christmas Day brunch. We sat at the bar for ten minutes before the bartender finally turned around and asked if we wanted something. He was rude and unhelpful. We left without ordering. Cute place - would have liked to try it!

    We ate here Christmas’s eve. To start we were seated in the lobby:). Can’t make this up. Party of 7 beside a guy walking around in his bathrobe hanging open. To funny. Service was great, food was ok. No one loved their meal but no hated it. Overall they need to step it up.

    We were there on Christmas Eve to celebrate our grandson’s 16th birthday. 🎂 Everyone was fantastic- very attentive service! Definitely a highlight of the trip.

    Very tasty French onion soup bread and escargot. My branzino was a skinny little filet and dried out. I think it’s best to stick with the beef tartare and mussels which I have had before and much better. My husband’s duck confit also small and dried out. On the plus side, no doggie bags. Dinner was rushed. We were seated and served and given the bill in one hour. We didn’t stay for dessert.

    While staying at the amazing Cloudveil hotel, my husband and I decided to try The Bistro. The service was attentive, the ambience charming, and the food & beverages top-notch. We enjoyed it so much that we decided to eat there again the following day so we could try some of their breakfast/lunch offerings. Delicious! As big fans of French cuisine, the experience satisfied our taste buds perfectly. I highly recommend!

    Celebrating a friend's 60th birthday at lunch. Our waitress was lovely; accommodating and thoughtful. Food is always good, service today was outstanding. Many thanks for helping elevate our celebration.
