Jackson Hole es demasiado pequeño y tiene Candida excesiva de gente asió ue enlace sitio es muy muy concurrido y el nivel de ruido alto espacio es muy poco pero el restaurante es bueno y su selección de vinos agradable servicio rápido

The Bistro at The Cloudveil is our favorite restaurant in Jackson, and we are there about 2 times a month. The menu is interesting, the food is consistently good, and the service is excellent.

Had a lovely 80th birthday dinner there!! We are locals and eat there frequently. A favorite place! They do not disappoint.

Our party of 4 sat at my favorite table, in the back northwest corner. As always we all loved our dinners. I am wild about the Caesar salad, which my friend and I split. We all enjoyed our entrees: salmon, mussels, and barramundi! The service was top notch! Our fun time memorable! Thank you Bistro staff & chefs!

Great ambiance. Used to have one of the best burgers in Jackson, but I would stick with either the Beet salad, Tuna, or the Braised Short Rib.

The food was phenomenal, the staff was friendly and attentive, and the value was the best we’ve seen in Jackson. When we return, this will be the first place we revisit.

Four of us had dinner at the Bistro last night. The ambiance is nice, the wait staff friendly, however the noise level is very high as loud music is playing and TVs are on at the bar. A real french bistro would never have TVs and loud music that hinders conversation. One diner order the duck confit which was extremely overcooked, dry and stringy. He wished he had sent it back to the kitchen. I ordered the bar steak (small gilled piece of flavorful meat with a salad). The cut of steak is a little tough but has a good charred flavor and the salad was good. I ordered a side of french fries which were thin and well cooked but not delicious, maybe the brand of potato, but for $10 I would expect better. Our friends ordered meatloaf which looked fine and the fish of the day which also looked nice but neither said it was delicious. I think it just a meals a dining experience. The Bistro is on par with most other restaurants in Jackson, OK but not really good.

The food was great! The service was even better. The server recognized when we needed something but was not "overly attentive" which I consider a perfect balance.
