This Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, join us for a whimsical twist on the Feast of Seven Fishes. Dive into a lavish spread inspired by this time-honored tradition, where the freshest seafood meets José Andrés’ signature creativity. Each dish is a tribute to the sea, blending vibrant flavors from Spain and Japan in ways that surprise and delight. It’s a festive feast reimagined—elegant, playful, and utterly unforgettable. Gather your loved ones for a night of culinary magic, where every bite is a celebration of the season. While this will be the only tasting menu offered for the evening, our a la carte menu will also be available.

Join us for a once-in-a-lifetime journey through some of José’s favorite places… which all happen to be under one roof. This is the Tour de José, a guided evening through 4 incredible spaces within The Ritz-Carlton New York, NoMad. You’ll start at Zaytinya, our restaurant celebrating the flavors of the Mediterranean, then proceed to the intimate Bazaar Bar. After that, enjoy bites and drinks at The Bazaar, José’s take on the cuisines of Spain and Japan. To finish, you’ll head 50 stories above Manhattan to Nubeluz for stunning views, cocktails, and caviar, a perfect end to a perfect night. $395 per guest; non-refundable.
