Made a reservation and received two confirmation emails and a reminder for the date. When we arrived, a private party was being prepared and we were turned away. No accommodation for a return visit nor notification of THEIR change in our reservation. Would highly NOT recommend the Bay Patio!

Our server was new and got the tables mixed up. Therefore, it took a long time to receive our food. However, once we received the food, it was excellent, and the Manager gave us a BIG discount. We will definitely go back.

Great location with a beautiful view. The food quality was outstanding and unique. Reasonably priced with a friendly staff!

We went to The Bay Patio on another occasion and really enjoyed the food and service. I thought I would treat my mother on Mother’s Day. It took 40 minutes to get water to our table. The food took even longer. Once the food got there, the portions were extremely small. It was advertised that there was dessert for moms and when I asked, the waiter said there was supposed to be but they didn’t have dessert. We left hungry after paying over $17 per plate and went somewhere else!

2.5 hours to get food. Food cold. No dining utensils. 45 min to seat when showed up on time for reservation. Short on waitstaff. Horrible experience. Will not recommend to anyone.

They canceled my reservation two days before Easter

Daniel, Unfortunately, due to circumstances that were out of our control, we were forced to close Easter weekend. We were just as disappointed I assure you. We would love to offer you 10% off of your next visit as an apology for any inconvenience this may have caused you! We hope to see you soon!

We had heard good things so we made a reservation on open table. We changed some plans we had so we could go enjoy only to find the gates closed. We drove around for 30 minutes hoping they were just running late but the gates never opened. Not very professional.

All of the platforms listed above are updated weekly with our hours for that week. We are so sorry this was your experience but hopefully, with these resources, this won't happen to you again. The ambiance is outstanding. Right on the lake. Fire pits everywhere. Perfect volume music. Highly recommend . Drinks and food selection is limited. We just had some drinks and an appetizer. I will definitely go back.
