Restaurant is located on the water with beautiful sunset views. Our food and service were excellent.

Went for the Sunday Brunch. The selection was very good. The problem is that they are still not dialed in on the quality of the selections. They are trying to serve Eggs Benedict and the poached eggs are cool and hard cooked; non even close to proper. The other service trays needed to be set to a much warmer setting to keep the food piping hot. The Carving Station although nice, had an inadequate heat lamp so the meats were lukewarm. The service overall was great. I am hoping that this is just growing pains as they are new to Sunday Brunch. I don't mind the $35 and automatic 20% added gratuity if everything was great. In this case, not worth it for the 4 of us. Going again is TBD.

I ordered the Cesar salad as and the lobster pasta. The salad was disappointing. It has little to no dressing and the grilled Romaine lettuce gave it a bitter taste. The lobster pasta definitely could have used seasoning. And the sauce was like water. It didn't stick to the pasta because of how watery it was. My husband ordered the grouper which was very tasty.

Kelly made our night fun. She was professional and knowledgeable and very personable. Food was excellent. Love the atmosphere as well. Great night.

This was our first visit and were not disappointed. The food was so good! I had the Short Rib, very good! My husband wanted the Halibut but they ran out so he asked if he could substitute the Grouper with all the Halibut fixings and they accommodated his request. Our server Mike was awesome, really nice man. We ordered martinis dry and the bartender came to our table to ensure she made our drinks the way we wanted ( I guess there are different ways to make a dry martini! haha) All in all, I highly recommend The Banyan House!!

On a Friday night it was very busy, we had a table next to the window and we were able to watch the sunset over the lake…we both enjoyed our meals…lamb, lobster fettuccini

Family visiting from out of town had dinner and it was fantastic. Brie was our server and she described specials and very attentive. Food was excellent. Always a great experience.

We like this place but past two times food came out before drinks, waiter was just awful in attentive I had to get up from the table find her and make sure she new the wine my wife order was for her to have with her dinner! Might be a while until we return
