Food was pretty good. Customer service and organization of the restaurant lacking. We waited for 10 minutes at the entrance and no one came to check us in for our reservation. We were clearly visible to the bartender and what appeared to be a male manager. We had to stop by the bar and the bartender sat us at a reserved booth. Once we sat we waited 15 minutes for someone to come, only for her to approach us and say “this is for a reservation”. Which we then replied we had one and we were told to sit there. It appeared we were seated at the wrong table, which is really not the customer’s problem. Our server’s approach was overall not friendly and only checked in with us once after the food came, didn’t ask us if we wanted more to drink. We will probably try again since the food was good and the bowling was fun.

Food is very meh pub food. Wine list is total crap. Cocktails are overpriced and small. Well priced kids menu. BUT: where are the games?!?!? No where except coin operated pinball tonight. Last time we tried this place there was a ping pong table with a dented ball, one putting matt with a putter and ball and giant jenga in the freezing cold glassed-in porch. We thought it was that lame because they had just opened. Nothing this week. Bowling was booked again when we tried to get in. Will not go back. I don’t know how it is busy aside from location and lack of options. And pushing the merch????? Getting ahead of yourself Banquet…

Good for gatherings ,small or medium size. Good food options. 3 hrs free parking( you need to register your plate number at the restaurant) . Very convenient place

The service by Sasha was great. Didn't care for the Trashcan Nachos as they didn't have a lot too them and were sweeter than we like them; however, they were fun to look at and were a free birthday treat so we're not complainimg. Odd that it's a seat yourself restaurant.
