   Was greeted by who we found out later to be the manager. The welcoming was one of indifference and he did not even acknowledge us at first. We were about 10 minutes late for our reservation and our table was not ready but became ready within 5 minutes, keep in mind that the restaurant was not full at the time. The waitress was pleasant we ordered drinks that took a bit longer than expected but they only had one bartender on. We ordered an appetizer that came and was very good (pork belly) came with coleslaw and pickles both very good as well. As we finished our appetizer another waitress tried to deliver us another one. Book came shortly after we finished our appetizer we both had kettle chips as or sides and they came almost burnt and we inedible. Beef dip was tasty but had a sauce that was not traditional. Chicken wrap was very dry and had to order additional sauce. They did offer new order of kettle chips but waitress did not acknowledge that they were burnt so did not have confidence that they would not come back burnt again so replaced them with fries instead.

   I took my friend here for Valentines Day and overall it was a great atmosphere and unique dining style. It was nicely decorated with themed balloons and tea candles on each table (ours was out of battery, but the idea was nice). It was quite busy as expected and waited a some time to order our drinks and for our appetizer to arrive. We ordered the Gin lemonades and they were great drinks, a tad strong and would have perferred more volume for $13.99. We got the Korean Wrap and Steak Sandwhich and both were very delicious. I loved the fries. The steak sandwhich was open faced, which forced me to have to use my fork and knife, and didn't feel like much of a handheld. I would have liked another top bun or thicker sourdough to compensate. The flavour was on point and perfectly medium rare. Overall we would definately try this place again for dinner on a regular day!

   When ordering the vegetarian substitute, we were given the meat anyway. Weren’t given the extra sauces as requested, had to go to the bar to ask for them as the server stopped coming to our table for almost an hour after saying she was bringing us water (we never got the water). When the sauces were brought to us, they were the wrong sauce. We asked questions about the spinning wheel (it says “ask us about it”) on the wheel, we were given a non-answer and still had no clue about what it was etc. Server came maybe 3 times in the 3 hours we were there. And no, it was not busy, there were only 3 other tables with guests in the restaurant for 95% of our visit. Food is good and fresh when you receive the correct item but the service unfortunately ruined the experience.

   Went for dinner with family for first time. Most of our food was cold. The waitress was pleasant. Our appetizers came at the same time as our meal. Probably won’t be back

   We had a reservation but didn’t even get seated. Not because it was busy (there were only people at 2 tables) but because there was no hostess and the waitress kept making eye contact with us but just walked away and didn’t say anything to us. We waited 5 mins to be seated but no one ever came so we left and went to down the street to a different restaurant to eat. Can’t rate the food as we didn’t even get the option to eat.

   I am a seafood lover. The seafood was good but the broth needed a lot more flavour. My daughter was my date and we had a blast.

   Terrible service. Had to ask for a drink menu 3 times before we gave up on our server and asked another. She left us for an hour and a half without checking on us. We wanted to order food and had to beg a second server to get ours. Good was mediocre at best and wasn’t served hot but prices were higher than most places in the area. Went to watch UFC and although sound was on it wasn’t loud enough to hear. When we finished eating it took 30 mins to find our server to ask for the bill, then she delivered it and left for 30 mins before coming back with the machine so we could pay. When we finally did leave we found her outside flirting with the security guard at the front door which is probably why we couldn’t find her all night. 1/10 would not recommend to anyone

   Booked a dining room reservation for my girlfriend’s birthday… really excited to try this interesting style of restaurant as they have (or are supposed to have) a variety of games and activities you can partake in beyond just eating and leaving. When we arrived, the entire place was covered in cardboard boxes like they just got a delivery and for some reason decided to pack their entire dining room with the packages instead of unpacking them. With that in mind, you could barely enter the restaurant with all the boxes and junk lining the halls. No access to dining room, no host to meet at the door, we weren’t even sure the place was open, the door was propped open we thought maybe they were supposed to be closed and a worker forgot to shut the door. We made our way to the rooftop patio as the rest of the place was inaccessible. Host (on rooftop)ignored that my reservation was for the dining room and sat us on the rooftop patio, already upset that we were put on the rooftop patio (it was a cold day and I HATE eating outside so we never would’ve come if they were honest with us and informed customers that only the rooftop patio is open at this moment) they gave us a table so wobbly it just about tipped my drink. We asked for another one and directed them to a free table, their response was that the other table was EVEN WORSE. Luckily, a few minutes later another table became available. Our waitress introduced herself when we sat down and we never saw her again for the rest of the evening. After waiting 30 minutes for the waitress who never showed up again, we eventually just flagged down the bartender and placed our order with him. We ordered appetizers and a cocktail, which were overpriced but decent. After a while, in the cold and uncomfortable crowded patio the experience just became so sour that we left without ordering entrees, to go eat at another restaurant. Ended up costing me nearly $100 and we didn’t even get to eat! Horrible way to spend one’s 25th birthday!

    Loved the roof top patio. Excellent service from Lily. Cocktails were yummy. So was poutine. Didn’t like the pizza. Nachos were okay - not enough cheese. Music got really loud later on.
