   Excellent hotel restaurant Service with a smile. It was quiet. It is well served by local buses. The menu has good choice of starters, main courses and desserts. Would thoroughly recommend.

   On arrival place was smart and clean. There was a lift to the restaurant which was helpful for myself with mobility issues. The table looked smart as we sat down and we overlooked the runway. The room felt smart and special. The food was really nice and the service was very friendly. Would come back, maybe even to try their lunches. The only downside was an American guest making a rather long business deal throughout about two thirds of our time. There was a lounge area I felt he could have sat in which would have been more private for both himself and us, as he was sat right next to us. Other than that, everything was perfect.

   Our first time here. We were mostly surprised at how busy it was! This made for a great atmosphere, plus the service was excellent. Sadly the food was very average. I had a curry and my friend a burger.

   Most enjoyable afternoon tea. Enough for two people. Our waiter was a bit forgetful. Generally very good. My wife will be taking a friend on Sunday for breakfast. Thank you again for a lovely afternoon.

   A good place to meet that is quieter than most locations, good food. Good decor and a great view of the airport

   Food and location was excellent. The service although wasn't bad, it wasn't attentive either. I would expect at least once to ask how were things, do you need anything etc? We had to seek staff ourselves when we needed something.

   All rather average. Although we were the only ones in the restaurant they still gave us a table next to the bar rather than by the window and obviously the ambience was lacking as we were alone. The food was okay but nothing special (quarter of an egg, cream cheese, tuna and coronation chicken sandwich) and the cakes were tiny. What really let it down was the service. The waitresses were pleasant enough but we had to ask for and wait for everything (tea spoons, sugar, cream or butter to go in the scones) etc. All in all although nothing was particularly poor, it was very average for the cost.

   We went for a birthday celebration and were disappointed, having looked forward to trying the restaurant. The food was delicious but there was so little of it that it was unsatisfying and expensive for what you got. The restaurant was so quiet that there was no atmosphere at all, which was also a real shame.
