Nos encantó la comida, servicio excelente aunque con pequeños detalles a mejorar! Ambiente agradable. El vino no lo mantienen en cava, les faltaba la temperatura correcta. En general muy bien !

Had tickets to the Rockettes that evening so this was a great nearby spot to have dinner. Helpful to tell server when you need to leave by. Had a very enjoyable time. Parker House rolls to start with are a must, the garlic butter accompanying it was delicious. Lamb sausage appetizer, which was just one piece of sausage, was very tasty as well. As for meals, the skirt steak was probably the best I've ever had. Cooked exactly the way I asked for which was rare. Chicken Sando was very good as well and fries were tasty. The restaurant is not big and can get a bit loud at times but the meal was very good. Bottles of wine were very expensive. Chocolate chip cookies for dessert were warm and soft on top but burned on the bottom. Ask for a booth because some of the tables were way too small for 4 people.

We opted for the Pre-theater menu. Food, service and portions were excellent and we were out in plenty of time to make our theater reservations. Would definetly recommend to friends and would return again if in the area.

Restaurant at back of hotel lobby, not what I was expecting. Lacks any ambiance, looks and feels like a hotel restaurant, even though it's not. Service was horrible. Maybe three tables occupied, and it took almost 30 minutes to get a round of drinks or lemon wedges for the water. Waiter was disinterested and slow. Manager was helpful and apologized for poor service, which was appreciated. On a positive note, the food was very good!

Came for a dinner pre-show and the convenience was the only positive aspect. They were clearly understaffed and after our order was taken, we were barely checked on. The Parker house rolls were tasty, but the burrata was somehow dry and came with a burnt crostini. The salmon was overcooked with an uneven horseradish crust.

Aaron the host held down the house. Table touches all around. Knows he way around the restaurant. Duck dish was good and pickles were tasty. Only issue was the schnitzel was extra salty and sausage was 86ed. Hold back on the seasoning and the dish will be good. Bar was slammed and took a long time to get drinks to my guests. All in all this is a great place to come to for a pre show dining experience.

The headline is that food was amazing and the wait staff excellent, but..... My wife and I were pleasantly surprised by the food, wait staff and ambience. We ate almost every bite of the properly portioned apps and main course. The wait staff provided advice and was attentive. However, The Alderman, please please note that while we were literally the first people seated at dinner, we were placed at the kitchen door entrance. This is a no no and a trigger for people of color like us, who all too often end in that spot. To make matters worse we asked about sitting at another spot two stations away, and were told it is for an expected party of three. But 3 minutes later, a party of two was seated there. I felt misled.

We enjoyed our dinner! We came right as they were opening so the restaurant was quite subdued, but it still was very good. We actually enjoyed the quieter moments. The food and service were good - not exceptional, but still very good and a good value for dinner in NYC! It's in a hotel so the bar scene was quite lively with hotel guests for happy hour. They were also very cognizant of theater-goers (which didn't apply to us). It was a solid experience overall and especially for theater or hotel guests, I would reccommend it!
