Nuestra experiencia el día de Nochevieja fue muy mala. Teníamos una reserva para las 21h ya pagada y tuvimos que esperar unos 40'. La mesa no estaba preparada y tampoco elmenú. antes de acabar el segundo plato ya teníamos el postre preparado y nos invitaron a salir apagando las luces a las 23h. Es una lástima porque el restaurante es bonito, había buen ambiente entre semana y buen servicio por las mañanas en el desayuno.

I made reservations for two very dear friends to celebrate their 35th wedding anniversary. The staff of the restaurant went way beyond my expectations to make my dear friends, special day, eventful, and an everlasting memory for them. The employees of the restaurant signed an anniversary card for them with personalized sentiments. The little things they did made a lasting impression. I highly recommend the Albert not only for the food and the ambience but for the employees that will care for you during your meal; making it more than a meal.

Our entire dining experience was amazing from start to finish. Our server Stephen made our experience extra special. What he didn’t know is that our friend was visiting the United States for the first time. She is Hungarian from Romania and we met in Germany. She had been working for years to get her visa to travel here. That night was extra special because it was her 35th birthday and she was leaving to go back to Germany in a few days. The polenta presentation and experience was unforgettable. The card that was signed by everyone was the the lead up to the anticipation of the surprise birthday cake that came. From start to finish everything was amazing. But the experience would’ve been nothing without Stephen! Because he paid attention and overheard that we were celebrating a birthday, he made it extra special. Thank you so much to everyone 10 out of 10 WILL RECOMMEND !!!

We really enjoyed the food but even better was the thoughtful speed of service, we were able to enjoy each course without feeling rushed.

Our bartender was excellent and considerate without being asked Numerous items we wished on the menu were not available. Apparently you had big groups not typically planned for that date which consumed much of the inventory The bartender made the difference. The other surprising thing was in a 65% full room last night, we had to wait for our table 10 mins - not enough staff That is why we chose the bar, which was a good call. I sense under normal circumstances it’s a fun spot. Cool place inside
