TANDOORI CHICKEN: A half spring chicken marinated in yogurt and spices and cooked in clay oven. TANDOORI JUMBO PRAWN: Marinated Jumbo Prawn cooked in clay oven.

THAMEL ALOO: Potato cooked with cumin seeds, coriander, fresh tomatoes and a thick curry sauce. MATTAR PANEER: Homemade cottage cheese and green peas cooked with tomato and creamy sauce with Thamel spices and fresh coriander. JIMBU LE JHANEKO DAAL: Red and Black Lentils cooked with ginger, garlic, tomato cumin seeds, fresh spices and Jimbu (himalayan aromatic herb) with a touch of butter
