The service was great but the ribs were lacking. I had them a few weeks earlier and they were overcooked. I gave them another try and while they weren't as bad, they also weren't very good. They use to be my favorite place to get Jack Daniels ribs. Fall off the bone and flavorful. Not only did they not fall off the bone, the top outside was tough and they definitely lacked flavor. I won't go there for ribs anymore.

Filet mignon was over cooked .. although our server was nice , he was not attentive...had to ask others for iced tea refills...

Food was good but very disappointed they no longer have the Pecan Crusted Chicken Salad or any of the "Jack Daniel's" meals. Now it's just "Whiskey Glazed" and it's not even close.

It was our first time at a TGIF. We went because we had done a lot of driving and wanted some place simple and easy, open rather late, with hopefully a decent meal. Our expectations where not high. While the place was pretty empty, the receptionist stuck us in the same area near the kitcken as the other guests (didn't ask if we would prefer to be near a window or anywhere else. The air conditioning was on full blast, thankfully my wife had a sweater to put on. We each had a NY strip steak. The steaks seemed like they had just been quickly thawed as they were not grilled. Taste and texture was bland. Drinks came and the tonic was flat so had to send back, and ended up ordering beer as they ran out of tonic. Our waitress was very nice and helpful throughout our dinner. It was not expensive but not very good either.

This was, by far, the best experience I have had at a chain restaurant. The staff was pleasant and attentive. the waitress anticipated our needs before we even asked. The location was clean and fresh-looking. The food was tasty and cooked to our liking (the waitress didn't leave the table until my husband cut into his steak to be sure it was cooked perfectly.) The manager even stopped by at each table to make sure everyone was pleased with their meals. It was clear that the employees at this location take their jobs seriously and the result was a pleasant dining experience for my family.
