The only negative part was that they said they don't reserve tables on the weekend. So, they didn't have my table when I got there. We had to wait 15-20 minutes for a table. I told her that they should take the option to reserve a table off the website. She said, she told her manager. But, no one has taken it down yet. That would be the only negative part.

They do NOT take reservations. I used this ap thinking I had reservation and got there and they said yeah sorry we don’t honor open table 😱😱😱

Server took forever. We left without eating. The only reason we came was because we had a gift card. Also they dont take reservations.

Terrible experience. Restaurant does not "have" or honor Open Table reservations. Extremely slow service, mediocre food, nickel and dimed prices. We could have gone to a four star restaurant for thr same timing and price point. $3.99 for a soft drink? Ugh. I will not be going back for a fast-food type Friday night family dinner.

New Years Eve- 6:00 pm. When I arrived, I informed them I had reservations with OpenTable. They told me they’re open table doesn’t work, they had no reservations for me. They said it would be about a 20-30 minute wait. Many of the tables were empty, but they didn’t have the staff to seat them. When I ask about sitting in the bar, they said they wouldn’t seat in the bar for at least an hour. They said the kitchen crashed. I don’t know what that meant. One gentleman walked out saying it took him over an hour to get any food. So we left and went someplace else.

Our waitress was great! There was a slight problem with the food that came out. After some confusion, it was straightened out. We did have to send one steak back because it was undercooked. They did provide a completely new steak (and sides) to replace it, but by the time it came out everyone else had finished their food. The staff did everything the could to try to make it right though.

6 people attended dinner. Waiter was very polite and did good job. Two people received their entrees cold. The entrees became a take home meal.

I WAS QUITE DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS VISIT. PREVIOUS EXPERIENCES WERE POSITIVE BUT THIS VISIT WAS NOT. MY FAVORITE SOUP, FRENCH ONION, WAS BLAND AND ROOM TEMPERATURE. MY HOUSE SALAD WAS FINE. THE REST OF MY PARTY WAS SATISFIED WITH THEIR CHOICES. IT WAS MOTHER'S DAY BUT LATE IN THE DAY, SO SERVICE SHOULD HAVE BEEN MUCH BETTER. WE HAD TO ASK FOR ITEMS A FEW TIMES AND IT TOOK MUCH LONGER THAN IT SHOULD HAVE TO FULFILL OUR REQUESTS. THE WAITER WAS NICE. MY REPLACEMENT BOWL OF BROCOLLI SOUP TOOK AN EXCESSIVE AMOUNT OF TIME. I WILL HESITATE TO RETURN OR RECOMMEND TGIFRIDAY'S TO ANYONE.
