Granted it was Christmas Day at dinner, but they were so overwhelmed. They should have only seated as many people as they could serve. We ordered right away and didn’t get food for almost 2 hours. 3 tables that had more people and were seated after us got food wayyyyy before us. They actually admitted that there was so much food out in the kitchen that they couldn’t figure out what food went to which table. Our food finally came out and was cold. No drink refills, no waiters returning to tables, etc. awful experience.

Service was subpar. It took an extraordinarily long time for our food to arrive. It just wasn’t great like I had hoped. 40 min for a meal to arrive, 15-20 min to get our drinks from the time we ordered and refills were nonexistent

Ordered potatoe skins and got potatoe skins with cheese minus chives bacon and ranch. Had to ask for it to be added. Sent back and came back cold. Had to go get our own silverware because the hostess did not give us any even though there were 6 staff standing at hostess booth. Ordered my meal and it was missing the topping too. Had to wait until i was almost finiahed before i got it. Had toppings added to our other meals we did not ask for and was still charged for. Girls bathroom dirty. Even had the hostess chase me outside to ahow me she checked the bathroom ever hour on her shift and that she was busy. Dirty tables all around us and was an hour and half before cleaned off. Our waiter was great but I never had staff come out and get in my face in the parking lot becuse i told there the bathroom is gross. Terrible place and would stay far away. Kitchen needs to make meals correctly because waiter loses tips with messed up Orders.

Everything was great... I forget out waitresses name but my wife really liked her. Yall should give her a raise.

Server disappear for while came back smelling like hot smoke. That cut they tip because I don't smoke. Do as you please but next time use a stray to defuse the aroma.

Food good. Service friendly and prompt. Food prices are comparable to other restaurants. Drinks on the other hand are pricey, good but pricey

We were abandoned for long. Order took forever (1hour 20minutes). Our ‘to go’ order was short of what we paid for. It was a terrible experience.

Food was good was done quick. I also had the oreo extreme shake and it was amazing. But the server ignored us the whole time until the very end of our visit. Had to go to the kitchen twice to request a drink to be refilled. The server also forgot to put in the order for the extra items we ordered.

I rated this experience so low because we had a reservation for 1845 and we were not seated until 1930. There were parties who came in after us without a reservation that were seated prior to us. The hostess was awful with organization and when I told her we made a reservation on Open Table she acted like she had never heard of such a thing and ignored the reservation. It took a manager coming to the front to run the seating to create some order. We made a reservation because I had surgery less than a week prior and we knew with it being Valentine’s Day it would be busy and I wanted to limit my time out of the comfort of my house and limit the time I had to use a walker to get around. It’s safe to say the reservation did none of that. The server was attentive, high energy and very nice. But the welcome into the establishment left a lot of be desired.
