It appears that they were short staffed and very slow in the kitchen. Our drinks took 25 minutes to come to the table and it too even longer for our food which did not taste good at all. It almost tasted as if it was microwaved. Always loved TGIF and this experience ruined it for me forever.

poor service all around waited 15 minutes after being seated for server to come to table. slow slow slow had to ask multiple times for silverware, drinks (some of which never came) ordered a beer that hat never came. had to ask for a take home box multiple times... just all around bad. when manager was confronted, ( by two other tables next to mine) i let them know.i felt they made excuses and then they offered a dessert as a comp for out trouble. i was charged for it when i was given the bill and had to ask for it to be removed. food was ok but not that hot. i eat out slot and have probably never had a service as bad as this.

Meat was undercooked mashed potatoes was stiff. dessert was stale cheesecake was old Donuts on top was hard definitely expired dessert was free because of undercooked steak and salmon. Cheese sticks was great.

Everything was awesome! Our server April was very nice and very attentive. The restaurant was very clean and the atmosphere was very nice. Overall, me and my family enjoyed our time this particular location. I could see management around which is very nice and something you don’t see everywhere.

Great service with pleasant staff. Went for lunch but, I was happy to see breakfast items on the menu, too. My "all day omelet" had tons of veggies, cheese, & bacon. I loved the fries that replaced home fries at other places. The chicken quesadilla was enjoyed by a diner in my group. We shared green bean fries which are one of our favorites. A lunch combo with a chicken sandwich & french onion soup rounded out a wonderful lunch.

Did have a awesome overall experience, but the staff need to be more up beat more courteous, plus we had orders that were not correct nd drinks, they need to pay more attention.

We had a open table for 730. We arrived at 720 and they told us it would a 45 min wait time and that would be to get a table. Then another 45 before we could get our food. Due to not having enough plates. We are walked out.

The advertised special was not available. We had waited all day and paid an Uber driver specifically to get the special All you can eat shrimp with ribs No shrimp No offer Just deal with it Won't be back
