La mesera que nos atendió no nos llevó el plato frito, puré ni papas fritas. Era mi cumpleaños y me llevo un flan horrible aguado todo desbaratado, unos empleados peleándose ahí enfrente de nosotros porque no querían limpiar mesas horrible el ambiente no vuelvo a ir $271 que gasté para el servicio tan pésimo y ir a ver pelear gente por hacer su trabajo no muchas gracias

La carne traía muchas gordo, y nunca regresaron con la carne como yo la queria.. Pero me dieron un postre delicioso por mi cumple

It is always a unique dining experience. Kind of pricey, but if you really like meat, this is the place!

We booked for Xmas night dinner since it was just our small family this holiday (mom gift of no cooking!!). Made a reservation and when we arrived there were about 10 groups who had not but were there ahead of us. Seating was still first come first serve as we had to wait until those 10 groups were seated before we were. They sat us in the bar area which is cold (right by open front door and outside patio) and promptly forgot about us. Bar tender did his best to try to get the meat servers to come our way but they would walk thru the main area and then down the other side of bar closest to the main dining and leave.

We made reservations Nov 20th for Christmas Day. The receptionist was rude. She wanted to seat us in the bar, we asked to be seated in the main area, she sid it was full. We were seated near door and it was very cold! It took a whie for the waiter to come to the table to help us. When we were at the buffet getting our food, we noted there still empty tables in the main area. The food was good and plenty of choices. It was very expensive: $5/ea for water, $31/ea buffet, $15/ea dessert. If we had chose to have the meat, it would have been another $19/ea. The service was laacking, we had to clear our table of dirty dishes and set them on the bar. We had to ask to see the dessert list and we asked for our checks. We won't be returning.

I don’t eat meat but the rest of my family of 6 does and they said it was amazing The servers were there constantly asking if they wanted more. The waiter asked if there was any type of meat and servers would come over with that. The salad bar was loaded with really yummy cold items. Everyone working was just so nice. This place made the holiday dinner amazing. I am so glad we had dinner there.

From the moment we arrived everything was perfect! Our server Rafael was amazing! He selected our flavor of beverage and it was delicious! The meats were seasoned and cooked to perfection! The salad bar had a wide assortment of items to choose from! We passed on dessert only because of how full we were. Thanks to all the staff for working on Christmas Day! We appreciate and applaud you for your hospitality! Sincerely, The Coopers!

We had a wonderful Christmas dinner! The restaurant was really busy because of the special date but service was good, waiters were nice, good variety of meats were served on the table.

Make sure, that you make reservations online, if you walk in, you will most likely, be turned away, we walked in & they told us there was no tables available, even though half the restaurant was empty, we go back to our car, make reservations & walk back in 30 minutes later & we were seated. This was our 3rd time to this location, it was during Christmas Eve, it was a horrible experience, seats & floors were extremely dirty, food stuck everywhere, bloody meat on floors, trash sprawled under tables. We waited & waited on any type meat to come to our table there went over 30 minutes no one was walking around with any type meat, our waitress needs better training, she decided that 1 persons drink order would be what everyone drinks at our table, she deliberately brought out 2 bottles of seltzer water, to make that sale since we did not want alcohol, I ask for water/ice/lemon, she tells me there’s seltzer water on the table, my husband asks for tap water, we get a dirty cup with food floating inside, no ice, my youngest wanted soda, she comes out with soda in a wine glass for a small child, we had to ask for a child’s cup, getting our drink order was a act of congress, my husband gave up on getting a drink for himself; I was extremely frustrated with the entire experience of just waiting & waiting, our waitress was MIA over half our meal, we were ignored. The staff looked miserable & you could tell they did not want to be there, no one was happy. Was the experience worth $250, no it was not. I feel they push alcohol very hard at the beginning of the dining experience, if you want anything else, good luck getting it or seeing it.
