La mesera que nos atendió no nos llevó el plato frito, puré ni papas fritas. Era mi cumpleaños y me llevo un flan horrible aguado todo desbaratado, unos empleados peleándose ahí enfrente de nosotros porque no querían limpiar mesas horrible el ambiente no vuelvo a ir $271 que gasté para el servicio tan pésimo y ir a ver pelear gente por hacer su trabajo no muchas gracias

La carne traía muchas gordo, y nunca regresaron con la carne como yo la queria.. Pero me dieron un postre delicioso por mi cumple

Paid for reservation, Was seated in a room with cheap folding chairs and tables and cheap table covers. The room was also crowded, I bumped into the ppl behind me a few times. Server was great, Food was good and worth the price.

food was mediocre at best and the service was inattentive and not trained properly. Service need not to pick up the glass to fill water and wine glasses. Seems to be confusion about how to pour wine and even getting the right wine. The food definitely used to be a lot better. I will not be back

If you order medium-well or well done on a Saturday, it takes 10-15 minutes for them to come with an option of meat and that was one at a time. This made for a long dining experience and a table that was at a horrible location. Last time we went, it was a better experience due to not being as busy and they were offering meat every 5 minutes.

Food was good the dessert could have be better. Also they could explain a bit better how the experience is supposed to go. Also we asked for water which is normally free instead our waiter decided to give us bottled without telling us the up charge for it. I also asked if dessert is included in the price of $52.99 and he said yes. It was not. Overall if I had a different waiter it would be of be better but not matter I will be back

food and service was okay!!! It was Valentine's Day so they were supper busy, which I understand however we asked for medium well on our steak and they told us that they didn't have any and that they were super busy and medium well was going by fast!!!! We spent 140 and I guess we couldn't get what we wanted, we got medium rare, so yeah but overall it was goodThe

Our waiter was good she actually try helping us. When we first got there we got the meat came within 2 min and my parents didn’t like medium rare so I asked for well done. Well done never came and the waitress had asked for it multiple times. After the first service of meat it never came again. It was really embarrassing because I was saying that the service and food was great and hyping it up to my parents. I don’t think I will ever come back.

Food was great. I expected more for service. They messed up our bill somehow and had us waiting 45 minutes to be able to pay. They offered us nothing for our time and inconvenience. For the price we payed for our meal, I expected a lot more in terms of customer service.

Food was good as always, our server was what really made the night. Andrew was polite and his interactions with us throughout the night really made our time there enjoyable
