Mala actitud de parte del mesero, al querer usar una gift card, se negó a tomarlo aduciendo que solo puedo usarlo en dinner time, el manager solucionó el problema pero nos sentimos un tanto discriminados, al parecer el hablar español no es bien visto en este lugar

My experience was not great I made a reservation and was set immediately, I was greeted by my server I came in for jalapeños poppers they brought me meat but I watch the gauchos walk past my table mutiple times . Only got jalapeños poppers once and I had to get there attention to get some due to the gauchos literally going to everybody table but mines and then my sever did not give us bread , French fries or nothing it’s not worth the money .. I COULD’VE GOT BETTER SERVICE FOR MY MONEY DO NOT GO .

My wife and I dined here on Valentine's Day and we really enjoyed it. The food was great, as usual.

We had a great experience, our waiter was amazing and the food was great. Only problem was that we had a reservation and I believe they overbooked themselves, we and other people had the same reservation times and had to wait 45 minutes just to get a table. Once we got seated everything went great.

They unfortunately did not honor reservations. But we were able to get seated 30 minutes later. And they stayed open after hours reservations only. (we weren’t the only ones who had their reservations delayed). But when we did get in OH MY LORD. Everything from the wine, the salad bar, the deserts, AND THE MEATS OMG. Easily the best food ever. And they are NOT stingy at all either. The fresh off the fire meat JUST KEEPS COMING. You’ve got to go. It’s worth every cent.

Our reservations were set for 7:30, we showed up a bit early, around 7:15, we were turned away as they were still seating 7:15’s, which we totally understood. Come 7:45 we checked back in and got turned away again and they couldn’t provide an estimation on which we could be seated. We finally got seated just before 8. For $50 a person before anything extra, you’d think they could make enough money off of less people and plan better for a holiday by taking less reservations and maybe turning away walk ins. Once seated our wait staff was good and attentive, however it was quite crowded and loud with no privacy.
