   Las espadas se tardaban muchísimo en llegar, la variedad fue mínima, nos ofrecieron solo 2 tipos de carnes cuando se supone tienen más de 10 El servicio de nuestra mesera Gaby fue extraordinario Pero no así la comida La barra de ensaladas si estuvo conforme a nuestras espectativas Los churrasqueros poco preparados No regresaría

   Este restaurante comparado con otros del mismo nombre está por debajo de la calidad de los demás. Pocas opciones de cortes, el postre de crema de papaya muy mal preparado, pero la atención del personal muy amable y cordial.

   We came in a little later in the evening, instead of during Happy Hour like we originally planned. But we lost track of time and made reservations for about 715-730. Usually we sit closer to the Salad bar are but this time we were seated closer to the Drink bar. The hostess was very polite and made us feel welcome. Since many of the other tables were larger family parties, there was a lot of chatter and laughter. Our server was friendly and excellent with consistently checking on us throughout our meal. The food was Delicious, as always. New favorite carved meat dish, Lamb Picanha with the previous winner being filet mignon at a close second. Each dish was full of flavor, with the meats especially hot and fresh from the grill, you could feel the warmth and then the smell would hit you even before the server finishes carving your piece. Everything tasted so wonderful and we were so full that we ended up ordering dessert to go (which is pretty rare for me). Many people may not feel that the price of the meal is justified because there are cheaper All-You-Can-Eat options. At most of those more affordable places, you end up cooking your own food and the pricing reflects that. However, with our overall experience with the service, variety of dishes, quality of the food, and the Taste of the food, we definitely got our money's worth and will be back again. Just thinking (and writing) about it makes me hungry for more.

   We celebrated a birthday here and enjoyed ourselves. The food was delicious and our waitress was good. She also brought us a bowl of ice cream for the birthday person to enjoy. While things went smoothly for the most part, they did seem rather busy with everyone moving about constantly, but we also felt it was quite a long wait between different cuts of meat being brought to our table. In the past, it seemed like a constant stream of meat handlers were stopping by the table before you could finish the current piece you had, another person was stopping by to offer another delicious morsel. This time around we definitely were looking for our next cut of meat each time. If we wanted to fill up on the salad bar, this would have been good, but we were paying the high price for a nice selection of meat choices…which seemed a bit lacking on this visit. We did have to ask multiple times for specific cuts, such as picanha or ribs, and there was quite a wait until they got to our table. All in all we had a good visit because our family enjoys each others company and we had excellent conversation at our table.

   We waited a long time to be served meat. By the time they did come around, they eventually progressed and started making their rounds. However we had to ask for lamb, because they started to bring the same meats back around again. Looked like there was only 1 server, who was trying his best and was friendly. It took us a while to get full. The salad bar/ sides were ok but could’ve used more items or sauces. Nothing was “wow” just ok. Not worth $79.99 a person.

   This is by far the worst experience my family and I have ever experienced. The seating was not ideal. Guest were all sat in the same area, in a clump, with little space between the tables. I could literally touch the person behind me without having to extend my arm. Also, I could hear every word of their conversation. Not something I want to listen to while trying to enjoy my meal. The worst part of this experience was not being served any meat. My husband got his sides at the salad bar and hot area. Still no one came by to serve us any meat. Then, it was my turn to grab my sides. Returned to the table, still no one came by to serve us any meat. Mind you, the card board was flipped to the green side the entire time. This was all within 15 minutes. We sat there, waited patiently, still no meat was being served to us. Yet, we witnessed all the meat carvers going to every other table, while skipping us. We seen at least 5 different meats come out while we sat there waiting. The last meat carver came to the other two tables beside us, served them the meats, made eye contact with my husband, and still walked away. The green side of the sign was still up, yet we still were not being served. My husband was so upset and has never felt so disgusted, so he asked for the manager. She did offer to help, but where else is there to do when we’ve been treated poorly and we had a loss of appetite. We have never been treated this way at any restaurant before. We were excited to finally try this location, but for our first time here, this was a huge disappointment. The staff needs more training, mainly on customer service. It’s all about providing a great experience to the guest so they return. Without customers, the restaurant and its staff will not thrive. And sadly, that is how a restaurant ends up closing its door. Please do better and be better. I hope no other family experiences what we went through.
