Apparently the server saw a table with 4 old ladies and decided we were not good tippers. We had to ask for more bread, etc.. Empty soup bowls sat on the small table for the entire meal. When I requested that we each select a dessert, but it be boxed to go he also brought a dessert cordial. One of us asked for that in addition to her dessert. He brought the boxed desserts and the bill and left quickly. I put my credit card in the black jacket to pay the bill and wrote in a tip in excess of 20 percent of the entire bill. He never returned with the cordial. When he finally returned with the credit card we asked if he had not put the cordial on the bill. I checked and he had so he got it for her, but to say she felt rushed to consume it was an understatement. The first time I visited this the service on 12/24/2024 was excellent! Apparently, it is not consistent. Great service here deserves a 25-30 percent gratuity, he did not earn the 20 percent we left him.

I went here with my wife for my birthday, and it was an incredible experience all around. Drinks were delicious and server was attentive. They have a vast salad bar that has a ton of options, not just salad, but cuts of prosciutto, and smoked salmon to name a few. After the salad bar, the proteins started coming, the most tender flank steak I've ever had, differently spiced sirloins, parmesan pork, bacon wrapped chicken and filet mignon, and the seasonal addition of bacon wrapped jalapenos. The options just kept coming, I tried to get a taste of all of them and couldn't find a complaint with any. To finish off my birthday, I had to have a dessert, and I opted for the Brazilian cheesecake, which might have been the best cheesecake I have ever had! Overall, I great experience, the price may seem off putting to begin with, but for the amount of food that is available and the quality of which was worth the cost.

Food is delicious. Meat is served medium rare, 1 person at our table prefers more done less red. They accommodated once but forgot to come back the second time. The staff is very friendly and we will definitely return.

Food was good, however service from our waitress was less than satisfactory. Started with when she was pouring wine, she dribbled down two of the glasses making a puddle and ignored it. I had to point it out and request something to clean it up. She did but ignored the bottom of the glasses that were in the puddle. She followed up by never bringing plates to the table. (Hint: Kinda hard to start eating at a Brazilian steakhouse with no plates.) The servers rotating with the meats were frequent and professional. Food overall was good as expected. Our server would stop by about every 15 minutes. Coffee at the end of dinner was ice cold. Informed the waitress, she apologized and brought more about 15 minutes later. Still only Luke warm at best. Maybe an issue with their coffee machine, but one would at least think to check if the replacement coffee was hot. No manager stopped by for a table touch even though we were there for 1–1/2 hours. Compared to the experience my wife and I had with several friends at the Pittsburgh location two weeks prior (which was first rate!), this location was several steps below disappointing. After dropping almost $500 on this meal (my wife and I were taking our three adult children to a Texas de Brazil for their first time) I regret going to this location.

We love this place. So happy we tried the Ann Arbor location. We've been going to the Detroit location since it opened. This one is twice as far for us but we prefer it. Eric is an amazing server. We also like Kayla. If you've never been it's a must try, but bring your wallet.
