The Terrace restaurant at the Crowne Plaza Solihull is perfect for a date night, mate’s night, family friendly dining or a special celebration.

Savour breakfast, lunch or dinner in our Terrace restaurant or dine al fresco on our tranquil outdoor terrace, overlooking our lake and hotel gardens.

We can also host intimate weddings, Baby Showers and gatherings to celebrate any special occasion.

Located in Solihull town centre, just off the M42 motorway and you can park the car complimentary in our car park. Touchwood shopping centre is over the road and it's a 10 minute walk from Solihull train station.

Poor service. And poor quality of food. We had to collect our own drinks from the bar. Then they hadn't managed to get the order correct. It was also really quiet so no reason why they couldn't manage. Disappointing.

Booked a table for two for valentines, their Tomahawk steak special. The food was delicious in good sized portions and the service was exceptional.

Came for a birthday meal. Food was lovely, service was amazing. They gave the birthday person a beautiful desert which made it so special! Thank you!

We stayed at the Crowne plaza on Sunday night and had the inclusive meal It was absolutely amazing! Three courses which were of a very high standard The staff were lovely and the environment was lovely We would defo recommend and be back

Really disappointed. Firstly the waitress clearly didn't want to be there. Despite being polite and trying to be jovial she was one of the most miserable people I've ever had provide service. A grunt and a stare was about all she could muster. I went on to order the sirloin steak at £30. I asked to swap the fat chips for skin on fries as fat chips are hardly ever cooked well in hotels. To no surprise, despite mumbling 'thats fine' mybplate eventually came with fat chips. Along woth the undercooked chips came a tasteless watery peppercorn sauce. At 8.30pm I should have complained but I'd waited an hour already. When asked if I wanted a desert I mentioned that the food wasn't really as appealing as it looked so I'd leave pudding and have a biscuit in my room. Breakfast the next morning was much improved in regards the hot buffet breakfast and staff.

I am appalled this is in your website as a restraint when it was merely nothing more than a reception area. The waitress was useless served the wrong wine twice no apology. The food was shocking gristly meat undercooked and cold, served. With a sauce I couldn’t eat and when I relayed this to the restaurant they refused to take off service charge and the maitre de well she needs lessons in customer care
