Had a wonderful lunch. Good selection of dishes and drinks on offer. Staff were fabulous, knowledgeable and attentive. Definitely go again.

The food was delicious- can’t fault it but the service this evening wasn’t as good as it’s been before. We were waiting a long time to place our drink orders abs then a long time to place our food order. We had to check up on the drinks as it had been 20 minutes since we ordered them and then another 10 minutes later they arrived. It felt like our table was being forgotten about. But the food and restaurant itself was wonderful!

The breadrolls at the beginning were weird. I thought it's an italian place why bringing in UK bread roolls... glad we could also order the foccachia

Very unhappy. We brought our friend from Ireland as a special guest. Very few starters, and one was not available. Poor choice of mains, and again 1 was unavailable. Tagliatelle which I had loved 2 days previously was dreadful. All over very poor food, and friendly, but not the most helpful staff. Chocolate desert delicious. We go to Terra regularly, but tonight was dreadful. I expect to hear from you. Thank you.

I was here 3 years ago and the food was fantastic. Alas today was really underwhelming. Invited some friends for the experience based on my previous visit and sadly they weren't impressed.

Ambiente molto carino, informale ma molto curato nei dettagli, la cucina a vista fa sempre la sua figura. Cibo buono, italiano sul serio. Servizio e personale gentile (molti italiani che fa sempre piacere!). Bella esperienza, da ripetere

Disappointing food considering the food elsewhere in Eataly is so good. My chicken was not the best quality and the lamb was somewhat tasteless. Wine was good. Service was very good. Bit noisy, possibly because there was a Christmas dinner crowd.
