The Temaki Sushi team is thrilled to introduce a very special dining experience.
Our Head Chef, Hiroshi San, will prepare a multi-course seasonal meal, comprising the freshest seafood, meats and organic vegetables.

We will also be serving unique sake, wine & beer, imported directly from boutique Japanese growers.
Our intimate venue seats only 10 people, and you should allow 90 minutes. Authentic, elegant and friendly.

We enjoyed an absolutely delicious meal at Temaki Sushi. The seasonal menu was exceptionally creative and fresh with the highlight being the temaki sushi course which offered an extraordinary range of flavors and experiences and which was also visually stunning and clearly created with great care and attention to detail. The service was also very friendly and attentive, with helpful explanations about the menu. The atmosphere is sophisticated, intimate, and elegant but also casual and lively. We also loved that all the food is served on beautiful locally made pottery. We would definitely recommend for your next special night!

Temaki promised heaps and absolutely delivered. This is a really special food and drink experience with a lot of good stuff going on - every detail at real quality - delightful storytelling about the produce, the plates, the sake makers, the beer sources - just a very, very good Melbourne dinner.

This was a very different sushi experience. A fixed menu with a platter of diverse and superbly presented ingredients allowed morsels to be created at the table.

The new offering at this restaurant is highly recommended. Beautifully presented and more importantly, tasty Japanese food. Great service too.

Great place to go for a special occasion. A bit expensive for just casual dining but if you want something a bit special, definitely.

The culinary and dining experience was fantastic. The menu changes daily based on availability of their organically grown seasonal vegetables and herbs from farm to plate. The freshness of the seafood was outstanding. One of my favourite dishes was the seared wagyu beef with mash and Japanese bbq sauce and the seared scallops were to die for. The intimate dining venue seats 10 people. A quiet space to enjoy an assortment of sushi and Japanese sake and wines although others are available if desired. Fantastic music tops of a wonderful experience. I will be going back for sure

Wonderful food mostly home grown in Sassafras. Even the crockery is made on the owners property. The meal is an experience
