La primera, paninoteca (bar de paninis) incorpora nuestro menú más ligero y comida estilo tapas italianas.En segundo lugar, la palabra enoteca (bar de vinos) en el que se alberga una de las cartas de vinos de primera clase del mundo, con vinos de nuestro viñedo en la Toscana Casali Di Bibbiano. Por último, discoteca, nuestro exclusivo club nocturno en la parte superior es conocido como Mezzanine. Este espacio también se presta para eventos privados de todo tipo. Our party of 4 was seated at 6:15 after being escorted to the elevator to get us to the 2nd floor. The elevator was stuck and the hostess asked my husband to bang hard on the side of the elevator wall in order for it to get started. She said this is a common occurrence.... We were the 2nd table seated in a small room of 7 tables. We ordered our drinks and appetizer and while they took some time it was understandable based on the volume of the restaurant. We placed our orders for everything at the time we ordered the appetizers. Almost an hour went by as we are noticing all the other tables are being served their apps and then entrees. We had to ask our server multiple times about the delay and finally asked to speak to the manager who was useless. We got our check the same time all the other tables were ready to leave. When we finally got our meal most were good, although one was overcooked as if it had been re-warmed. We asked our server to please tell us what happened and he admitted that our food had the wrong table number on it and it took a while to figure it out. We were stunned that no one from the management offered to do anything and were treated very rudely by the staff when we became upset. NEVER NEVER will I or anyone in my party suggest Teca. To make it worse we cancelled our reservation at another local restaurant because the recommendation was so good for Teca....Horrible service.

Great dinner specials. Food was on point some items were a bit over salted Pleasant staff. Bathroom could have used some attention to. Putting tables in the middle of the floor just to pack in more guest was uncomfortable for both parties

We had reservations for 7pm outdoors. I made the reservations months in advance. There was a parade we were hoping to watch. Instead, we were seated at a makeshift group of tables in their parking lot. They had a few heat lamps, but they didn’t work properly and weren’t sufficient. Ambience was a zero. If I had know this was a possibility, I would never have booked the table and we would have gone somewhere else. The food was amazing and the server was kind. I don’t know what they were thinking, but we won’t be back.

We’ve always loved going to Tecca for special events. Tonight was the West Chester Christmas parade and Tecca is always a must do before the event. Our waiter Carson was professional and very nice…efficient. Food was very good…served almost a little too quickly. Dessert of chocolate brownie with layers of crème was excellent.

Sides were cold. Noise level was so loud. It was hard to have a conversation. This was in side room with the smaller bar.

Dinner was fabulous as always! The shrimp napoleon and flatbread were excellent. I had the Branzino and my husband ordered the veal chop. Both were outstanding!

Cold food and a nice waiter. We normally go to two other places that are excellent but wanted to try something new. Won’t go back. Waiter was nice. Other than that we do not recommend. Calamari was flash fried and barely warm. My husbands lobster ravioli was barely warm. He did say it could have been good because the ingredients were fresh. Overall a big disappointment for 259 dollar meal for two with tip.
